As people ask questions we’ll post the answers here – hopefully we should have the ones you need!

Can I pay on the day?

Clearly we’d prefer to know in advance just how many people are likely to turn up – not least because we only have capacity for a certain number of attendees.

However, if the special offers that you can enjoy from signing up aren’t enough to tempt you, there’s nothing to stop you waking up in the morning and deciding you fancy coming along, then jumping on the web and organising your entry through the website.

We are encouraging people to pre-book by offering discounts of up to £5.00 with a code, for example SWINTON.

What are the opening times?

Exhibitor access is from 06.00 on the day – large exhibits can set up the previous evening.

Gates open to the public at 8.30 and close at 17.00

Can I sign up when I get there?

Yes you can, but if you want to use a discount or concession code then you HAVE to buy tickets online before midnight on the day before the show.

Is there camping on the site?

Scroll Down our Venues page for two campsites that are offering great deals for BikeFest South

Can we organise a cavalcade ride to the circuit?

The Chichester area does get a bit busy on Summer Sundays, so we have set up a number of muster points and routes that we can use to marshal groups and lead them in in fine style!

If you would like to take part in organising a cavalcade, then get in touch through the contact form on the Clubs & Rideouts page.

What happens if the show is called off?

We chose the date as the first two weeks in June are ususally among the best of the Summer. However, if we do have to call off the show due to an act outside our control, including appalling weather,  then we will be refunding pre-booked tickets in accordance with our booking conditions which form part of the sign up process.
